NEXT HOOP CLASS:

Wed. Feb 29th 3-5pm

Rotary Park- Lake Havasu City, AZ

Hula Hoop Fitness Afternoon at the Park

3:00-3:30pm- Intro to hoop-        learn to keep that hoop spinning or switch direction (opposite current)

3:45-4:30pm- Hula Hoop Fitness-    45 min Cardio Workout

4:30-5:00pm- Cool Down Hoop Jam
...

I will bring hoops and provide instruction for these sessions next Wednesday at 'Rotary Park'. It is the same location we all meet for the Tuesday Hoop Jam.

If you know how to hoop, come down and we will work you out in our 45 cardio session!

Hoops previously ordered may be picked up 15 minutes prior.

Hoop orders may also be placed following the cool down time at the end of the cardio session.


This afternoon fitness session will be FREE of charge, as the weather turns to warm, and we welcome summer, we will be moving our class sessions indoors, and may be required to charge a small fee to cover our space use.
